Interstellar Racing League is a fast pacing couch co-op racing game created by SixtyStrongs Studio at SMU Guildhall. It is a student project created by a team of 60 students within 3 months. As the producer in the team, I was responsible for managing several small development teams, building pipelines, balancing resources among different disciplines, and maintaining the communication stream between production team, game design team and stakeholders.
